Rechtseigent\u00fcmer ist der Gemeindeverband BKH Kufstein.  Die B\u00fcrgermeister der umliegenden 30 Gemeinden sind in der so genannten Verbandsversammlung vertreten. Zw\u00f6lf ausgew\u00e4hlte Mitglieder der Verbandsversammlung bilden den Verbandsausschuss. Der Verbandsobmann f\u00fchrt den Vorsitz in der Versammlung und im Ausschuss. Er vertritt den Gemeindeverband nach au\u00dfen. Das Tagesgesch\u00e4ft \u00fcberl\u00e4sst der Gemeindeverband der Kollegialen F\u00fchrung des BKH Kufstein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kontaktm\u00f6glichkeiten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nat\u00fcrlich wollen die lenkenden Gremien regelm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcber Dinge informiert werden, die im BKH Kufstein auf der Tagesordnung stehen.
