Gleichzeitig haben Sie aber keine Zeit, sich langwierig und umst\u00e4ndlich zu informieren. Informationswege m\u00fcssen deshalb einfach, kurz und vor allem schnell sein. Eine professionelle, interne Unternehmenskommunikation wird in der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe Ihres Unternehmens vorausgesetzt &#8211; denn, Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter wollen auch kommunikativ nicht die &#8222;zweite Geige&#8220; spielen. Folgende M\u00f6glichkeiten sehen wir f\u00fcr die Zukunft des BKH:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kommunikation auf das Smartphone verlagern (mittels Intranet goes &#8222;APP&#8220;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onboarding-Infos digitalisieren (z.B. f\u00fcr Pre-Mails, die Recruiting-Seite)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8222;Wir im Gespr\u00e4ch&#8220;: Dieses Format beibehalten, aber zur &#8222;Nachschau&#8220; als zus\u00e4tzliches, digitales Format anbieten (eventuell sogar als Podcast)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aush\u00e4nge in Kantinen, Aufenthaltsr\u00e4ume, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Mitarbeiterzeitung: Warum nicht wieder einf\u00fchren?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Einheitliche Kommunikationsstrukturen im BKH schaffen. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WICHTIG!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mitarbeiter:innen sind das erste Sprachrohr des Krankenhauses. Deshalb M\u00dcSSEN diese \u00fcber wichtige Infos als erste Bescheid wissen. Auch offizielle Pressemitteilungen M\u00dcSSEN immer an das Kollegium verschickt werden! Vermeidung von &#8222;Das haben wir auch nur aus der Presse erfahren&#8220; oder &#8222;Dar\u00fcber wissen wir leider nichts&#8220;. Darunter fallen auch scheinbar belanglose Infos wie z.B. &#8222;BKH investiert in Nachhaltigkeit!&#8220; oder \u00e4hnliche Nachrichten!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Hinweis: <\/strong>Wir erachten die &#8222;interne Kommunikation&#8220; als enorm wichtiges Instrument im Bereich des Employer-Brandings, sind aber trotzdem davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass interne Kommunikation immer von innen kommen und gelebt werden muss. Deshalb betrachten Sie oben stehende Ma\u00dfnahmen lediglich als Vorschl\u00e4ge und M\u00f6glichkeiten.
